Many people like to keep long nails but there is every possibility of the germs under your nails getting eaten along with food, to avoid this & to keep your nails free from dirt , press them into bar of soap for 1 min & then wash them up,you can also remove the soap by using a toothpick’s blunt end. This will not only remove the germs but will also remove the dirt inside the nails.

Lemon juice will whiten yellow nails, as it acts as an astringent and will strip away stains. Slice open a fresh lemon, and squeeze the juice into a shallow bowl, or use reconstituted lemon juice. Soak your nails in the juice for several minutes. For a more simple approach, you can just massage the lemon wedges directly into your nails instead. Wash and rinse your hands after treating, and apply lotion to replenish valuable moisture.

You can also try lemon essential oil to moisturize your nails and cuticles while also whitening yellow fingernails. Simply pour into a shallow bowl and soak your fingertips for several minutes.
