Cleaning inside the computer should not be done with a vacuum or brush. Use only canned air with a snorkle. The inside of your computer is very static sensitive, and any vacuum or brush runs the risk of destroying more than the dust.
Turn off the computer, mark the location of the wires connected to the back, and remove all wires. Take the computer case outside if it is dry, or to a suitable open area. Open the case, and blow the dust out of the case with the canned air. Pay attention to the areas around fans inside the case as they will be dirtiest. The longer you use the canned air, the colder the can will become, and the less air pressure it will produce. Overcome this by running warm water over the outside of the can, then go back to dusting. Close the case and reconnect it to the cables and wires, power up and your done.
