Put Noxema facial cleanser on a cloth and wipe ink off the item – it works very well.
You can have the printer clean its printer heads if you have a model with that option. A lot of printers do it automatically if they detect any buildup. You can also run a test to see if the printer heads are in need of repair, are dirty, or if your computer needs new ink.
