Baking Powder -(dry)
An old toothbrush
A clean cloth

Pour the baking powder on the jewelry and rub or use the toothbrush to get the areas you cannot reach. You can see the dirt rub off. It is amazing. And it works. No need for water. Wipe off excess baking powder and check out the shine.
